Interviewing for BDR role. How did quota attainment/enablement finish up Q1 2024? Is the BDR org the same vibe as I'm seeing in the SMB AE reviews or is it more realistic to hit quota (and maybe even exceed lol)? This is my 3rd BDR I'm getting into so not trying to join a PIP factory.

More QuestionsI've seen a few comments mention recent management changes and terrible quota attainment.... Is quota hard to hit because there's no demand or because management makes it difficult to achieve?I’ve been told HubSpot uses MEDDIC and Sandler for sales training. Do you receive certifications and does leadership actually allow you to be truly consultative in the way that you sell?
I want to ensure my outreach if I join can be thoughtful and tailored.
