Former Employee Leadership plays favorites, very supportive, outdated technology, and software. Very toxic sales environment, the top guys don't like to work in a team. It's every man for himself. Every manager has a different style, if you're unlucky, you'll be matched with someone who likes to micromanage you. Other than that, the leads are plentiful and organic (from memberships). Clients are from all walks of life. Be prepared to meet other sales metrics, other than those implied by the job description.
