Terrible. Overbearing management with zero flexibility. A $1.2 million dollar quota when they've literally sold $30k (from expanding an existing client from Japan to the US) in over a year, with a 3.5% rev share on commission. Zero lead generation now that they've fired all 9 of their BDRs.

Avoid at all cost. CEO has no business being anywhere near management. The ship is going down! Nobody makes quota.

My overall experience was a waste of time. With no direction or TRUE feedback. They’ve laid off 2 teams of sales people within 7 months. If you are taking this job it’s because the job market has fallen off drastically and they are offering you something stable with low pay.
