Not good. Was promised a variable commission plan which did not happen. It was less than half of what was advertised by GM of Americas

Don't do it! Ciklum is a sinking ship with middling middle managers who are looking to 'reinvent' itself for the 4th time in 2 years with minimal support but lofty (and unrealistic) expectations. The base pay isn't bad, but you'll never see a dime of commission.
