Cisco is the top dog in the networking space but has also been making progress in the SaaS market. Great company and culture! However, the company seems to be losing it's top brass sales leaders, not sure why.

Overall experience was positive. Upper management does not seem to have their act together and are always making chances that take several months to trickle down. Management is always waiting until the last week of the quarter to get close to goals. Creates a very stressful last two weeks of the quarter.
