Cisco is a great company and there are many benefits to working here. More of the downsides are related to being at a large company. can be a bit slow to pivot etc.

Upper leadership for the security group has no clue how to goal for this role. Completely unrealistic expectations for the market and where Cisco sits as a security player.

My overall experience at Cisco has been great. Layoffs are common and leadership changes but the people on your team make the job enjoyable
