Key accounts bring in extremely high revenue per head, but commissions schedule does not reflect such performance and behavior. Often making less than a SMB seller, while bringing in 50X the revenue.

Overall, my experience taking a role at Cisco still stands as one of the best career decisions I ever made. I was at Cisco from 1997-2001. In first three years amazing place to work, in late 2000 it fell apart. And 2000 was my highest earning year.
