between tariffs and cyclical spending due to economic factors, this past 12 months was not at easy for the sales org as a whole. there will always be bright spots, but comp plans are also changing every 6 months.

It was a great place to work when they were customer-focused. More recently, they have become Wall Street-focused and customer satisfaction is down.
