Current Employee Working at Databricks has been both rewarding and challenging. The product is strong, customers are engaged, and there’s real opportunity to grow your skills in AI/ML and cloud data. I’ve learned a lot about strategic account management and working with startups. At the same time, the role can feel high-pressure, with complex processes, ambitious targets, and constant juggling across accounts. Overall, it’s a place that pushes you hard but gives you exposure and growth if you embrace the pace.
