Current Employee World class technology, operational dumpster fire. Excuses mistakes and bad behavior by saying “we’re still a startup”. No actual development aside from onboarding when you start. Nepotism > Merit. Clueless mid level managers destroying company from within. Misaligned compensation model to management expectations. Got an entire function of sellers comp wrong for an entire year but “promise to fix it” this year, yeah right your track record sucks. Could be largely team/BU dependent but generally speaking there is a serious lack of humanity here and they seem more interested in stacking the deck with friendlies than actually doing great work. Management doesn’t have your back instead they will throw you under the bus to save their own skin. The idea of managers helping you is laughable it’s more of an interrogation. Top level leadership is pretty good but the pace of innovation has grossly outpaced business processes leading to completely broken sales and business operations. Oh and there is 0 channel/partner model leaving you to grovel to SIs hoping they will promote your product to their clients as that’s the closest thing to a “partnership. CSP relationship (needed to deploy) will be destroyed by serverless everything
