Current Employee DocuSign was great for the last two years but with the start of a new fiscal year and change in CRO things have gone downhill rather quickly. Comp changes on the go, changing what we get paid on then backtracking a few weeks later is causing a lot of chaos and uncertainty across the org. Reps being punished for selling large deals and having to deal with retroactive commission clawbacks. I would avoid for now while they figure things out.
