Current Employee The company has gone through significant changes and restructuring. The best part of the sales organization is the product itself. Docusign has one of the largest customer bases in the country with 1.7 million customers, but it gets in its own way by lack of customer service and internal leadership. Territories matter but it’s not the only reason successful reps hit their number. Your manager has a lot of influence in your success. I’ve consistently been a top performer at Docusign and have been compensated well for it. However, the sales team is the most expensive CapeX in the organization and leadership has made significant changes to nerf the comp plan every year. Browse Other Reviews
