DocuSign can be a little chaotic with processes all over the place and poor data at hand; but there's certainly worse places to be. They over-hired during COVID but that seems to have levelled out and there is plenty of opportunity in the market as their CLM product matures.

Lots of change, lay offs and too many middle managers impacted culture and resulted in many leaving voluntarily.
