Significant favoritism between managers and peers and inappropriate personal relationships between managers and peers created toxic and retaliatory environments. Layoffs and falling stick processes further degraded the working environment.

Leadership is out to lunch and reps are no longer able to achieve quota or make good money anymore. Competition is hot in the esign space which makes selling and winning more challenging. Support is an absolute nightmare and customers are frequently frustrated.
