Unfocused product dev. Encouraged to use bullying tactics to "upgrade" existing customers. Lack of pragmatism for outreach methods. While I was there they cut company days off, and had two rounds of terribly managed lay-offs. C-suite was in absolute turmoil amidst post-pandemic stock drops.

Avoid DS at all cost... two rounds of mass layoffs within the last year & new CEO reorg/neg impacting the sales business. basically no on hitting quota, took larger accounts away from MM and moved to enterprise. onboarding is a joke, only get trained in 1 product and have to self teach the rest. do you like reporting to a manager that likes to hear them self talk and...Read More
