Culture, leadership, and ability to hit quota has declined significantly at DocuSign over the last few years. Success really depends on which team you're on. Around 1-2 people out of 10 hit quota on the Newco team, while about 100% of the install team consistently hits, but management can't admit that there is a mismatch in goal-setting. There is too much emphasis on selling IAM, the AI-driven piece of DocuSign, to customers that really just need and want a simple signing solution.

Tough times at DocuSign currently following several rounds of layoffs - low morale and a toxic environment. Moving in the right direction but will be some time before the environment changes for the better.
