Culture allows for good work life balance. Immature Enterprise GTM creates ill-defined roles & responsibilities - better fit for small and mid-market reps. Well known brand, creating frequent opportunities to compete. Considerable changes in leadership and current platform changes - could mean exciting positives - also could fall flat. Outcome should be apparent by end of 2025.

Good place to start career but very simple sale will make it very difficult to move to a company with a more complex/technical sell. Many managers don't have the necessary skills and were people who just stuck around long enough in the company. Zero coaching
