Sales Development Org has taken a dive since bringing in AWS leadership. Quotas are up, there's a 75% attainment floor to get paid out commission at all. No opportunity to take a vacation. Promotion is more difficult than it used to be and extremely competitive. There's no skill development beyond prospecting either, so you'll have to do that on your own to prepare...Read More
