Docusign rode the Covid gravy train for a while but the CEO at the time (Dan Springer) failed to innovate. As a consequence, we’re still the market leader but our product has been completely commoditized and our competition has significantly better pricing and packaging offerings that trump ours by a mile. While our product is superior, our pricing model is outdated and a massive deterrent to new customers. Docusign has great employee benefits, but the money train has nearly come to a halt.
