The experience I had with the organization was negative based on one “bad apple” at the director level. The President, VP Sales and even HR close their eyes to the destruction being made at market level by this National Director. The numbers speak for themselves - red all across. Continuous turnover, male gender bias and micromanaging are common factors.

Not a bad company to start in the Medical Sales field. Low base with all of the admin work that needs to be done. Some of the upper management leadership skill could improve.

Leadership promotes "their people" and is often dismissive of anyone not in the inner circle.
