I’m an AE for the Security division. There’s always a need and we have a large product catalog to sell from, but there’s a lot of red tape to sell though. High overhead/load costs leading to high prices, outdated quoting systems, and constant change in leaderships and sales incentives. At the end of the fiscal year will mark 3 years and it will be the start of my 3rd incentive plan since starting.
