Overall it started very well but as the company grew, the work/life balance collapsed. Management would actively bully you if you admitted you were struggling mentally, and you would be picked on. Minimum 11-hour days and no work from home

Experience working here has been extremely stressful and unfulfilling. The leadership team has gone through mulitple changes and I have perosnally had 4 different managers in my 2 short years here.
