the entire commission structure for SDRs is a joke. If you’re in a market that is over 4 years into operations good luck finding new opps. The entire business model is that they only take on clients they find savings for no matter the interest level. This in turn causes you to miss deals that would be quickly closed otherwise because pricing can not find the needed savings.

Misleading company mission statement. It is not a recycling company they’re a 3rd party waste broker.

The training is great. Really in depth and good coaches. The product is fine, really comes down to whether or not you can save the customer money at the end of the day. You can make money, but the qualifications for quota can be frustrating at times.0
