Former Employee Concur SMB was a great environment when I started back in 2021. It has gone downhill very fast. Inbound opportunities are fed from leadership to people who suck up, it's become very cliquey and toxic. Went from being a great
healthy environment where everyone across the board was killing it to certain top performers and leadership linking up to fend for themselves with all the best territories/ inbound leads. I wouldn't recommend Concur SMB at this point unless things severely change. If you are new, it will be an uphill battle from the start.
