Sure booking meetings is harder because of specific ICP but its possible. Especially after we went public in december, a lot of structure are changing that will be good for new SDRs. This is a great time to be an SDR at ServiceTitan

Calling through recycled leads, manager changed twice in my first 60 days, and threatened with a PiP the month after ramping when I was given awful leads. We got trained on one thing, switched to a new team the next month, and then threatened with a PiP. I left directly after. Every person I worked with told me I got out at the right time.
