Former Employee The company doesn't provide opportunities for growth, as development doesn't depend on your merits and achievements; the culture rewards submissive and uncritical people (yes, man). The culture is an excuse to subjugate ideas and talents.
As for the base salary, it's not the best, but it's mid-market. However, this base salary remains unchanged, regardless of your age. Furthermore, there's no real, sustainable incentive plan.
