Former Employee Extremely high hours and low pay compared to any other d2d sales job. Personal development from doing something hard is touted as the main benefit to compensate. Leaders are well-meaning but surrounded by confirmation bias and are not equipped or willing to manage or coach with subordinates best interest in mind (professional, career, or personal). Product has no market differentiation and almost any similar product is superior, cheaper, and more convenient due to SWA's refusal to update or innovate their product in multiple decades. This makes their product a tough sell. Top 5% of reps make 40k + over the summer, but the rest will make what ends up being less than minimum wage. There's opportunity to grow personally here, but better compensation for such difficult work can be found with almost any other D2D company. Browse Other Reviews
