Overall T-Mobile was a great company to work for. I spent 14 years there in multiple roles and as far as a massive corporation goes they do a pretty good job.

Low pay compared to the market, expected to know dozens and dozens of products and only 10% are actually good, SE to AE ratio is absurd, I support 10 AEs and it's too much.

My overall experience in the SDR role with T-Mobile was not the best. The comp plan was under market with very little bonuses. At risk would fall from 1500-1800 with opportunity to over exceed.
