My overall experience was okay. Very low pay combined with very unrealistic expectations that only get harder every year. Quite limited on the tools you can use also.

Loved the people I worked with but v v poorly organised in terms of the tech they use, everything is manual, supposed to source ur own leads, people barely hit quota or get close to it, not enough mentoring and definitely no opportunities to get promoted. only take this job if u have no alternatives but cool people to work with, everyone’s rly friendly
