Great company to work for to start out a career. It's not so great when you're trying to move up or find another position. Leadership is good, but sometimes lack the understanding of the day to day challenges. Compensation is middle at best, and while they say uncapped commission, it's definitely difficult as only 2/6 SDRs ever hit quota.
