Former Employee This is an amazing company to work for. I really enjoyed my time there. The base pay is not competitive, but you're selling a product that basically sells itself, so I'll take a low base with a great product market fit any day. Work/life balance is great for being an outside sales rep. They let you manage your territory the way you want to. In the beginning I had a lot of contact with management as I was learning. Once you have the hang of it, they just let you run with it. I spoke with my manager very minimally (1-2 times a month), and it was usually a problem I couldn't handle so I'd pass it off to him to take care of for me so I could keep selling. It was great!
