Former Employee I worked in sales at MPDV and quickly realized that the company is not serious about growing in the US market. The product, while technically comprehensive, is not well adapted to the needs of American manufacturers and lacks the flexibility, usability, and modern interfaces expected here. Despite feedback from the field, little to no effort is made to localize or improve the offering.
Worse, overseas leadership seems entirely focused on short-term revenue extraction rather than long-term market success. Any suggestion of meaningful investment — whether in product development, support resources, or actual go-to-market strategy — is met with silence or outright resistance. It feels like the US operation exists only to bring in cash with minimal cost, not to succeed or grow.
There is no real empowerment or vision from leadership, and the disconnect between Germany and the US team is staggering. If you are passionate about building something meaningful and want to be part of a company with ambition and customer focus, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
