Great market fit and offers a solid solution for surveillance. The product does its job for the most part. Internal bottlenecks and complex processes make it hard to operate efficiently. Customer complaints are frequent and often tied to service delays or communication issues.

Good product but minimal sales training. Was still learning important aspects of the service and company well over a year into the role. Multiple departments are constantly understaffed, and office turnover is high.
