Former Employee Was sold a strong vision of career progression that never materialized. Leadership often appeared misaligned, and internal politics bled into individual conversations — not the kind of environment where trust can grow. Product is behind the curve compared to key competitors, which made closing deals significantly harder. Compensation structure heavily favors the company, with commission starting at 1% and limited clarity on targets. Minimal onboarding or enablement, and overall high turnover. My role was eliminated just as deals were beginning to mature (and payout of commission imminent), and a near-identical role was posted soon after at a much lower salary.
