I loved some of the leadership I had who helped me to grow and improve my confidence while I learned sales and the insurance industry. There's decent apportunity to make good money. The company has no culture or respect for the employees. Comp structures will be changed at whim. Employees are subject to be moved around with little to zero warning or reason.

You can make a lot of money here during the busy season (AEP) but call center / sweatshop, work 7 days a week 12+ hours day sometimes 16 hrs a day, nonstop on the phone with only 2 breaks (15 mins each) & 30 minute lunch that is timed and unpaid.
