Current Employee Company not innovating. Leadership is only preparing for the company to be sold (owned by PE) and execs are ex consultants who do not understand the industry in which Truven operates. Terrible pay compared to competitors, comp plans constantly adjusted downwards, quotas being raised, etc. This is a sinking ship, stay away.
