Current Employee The best part about working here is the culture. The team is friendly, collaborative, and genuinely supportive of each other, which makes coming to work enjoyable. Leadership seems to care about employee well-being and fosters an environment where ideas are heard and valued.
However, the compensation is not competitive for the amount of work and responsibility expected. While the positive culture makes it a pleasant place to be, pay is significantly below industry standards, which can be discouraging in the long term.
If you value a great work atmosphere and camaraderie over financial incentives, this could be a good fit. But if competitive pay is a top priority, you may want to look elsewhere.
