Read the Glassdoor reviews. All the positive reviews are fake and written by the marketing department. Most of the negatives are true and written by real employees in the sales department.

The sales organization is definitely that of a start-up environment. Very grindy and cut-throat with a weekly quota that needs to be met. Culture is not as impactful as i'd like it to be starting out in a sales role because everyone is busy trying to hold down their role.
