- Build Klaviyo’s client base across the EMEA region.
- Actively manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term, sustained success.
- Support the success of your peers and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Apply AI fluency to streamline work, reallocate saved time and reinvest into more meaningful, high-impact areas.
- Exhibit Klaviyo’s values of accountability and effort in everything you do.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new Account Executives.
- Expand your skillset by contributing to adjacent projects over time.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience carrying a net-new revenue quota with consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions.
- Proven success selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing leaders within the Ecommerce, Retail, or Consumer Brands space.
- Experience working in a high-velocity, high-volume sales environment, often with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects, with excitement to dive in and learn quickly. Demonstrated curiosity to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make work smarter and more efficiently.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and verbal).
- Motivated, ambitious, and inspired by exceeding goals.
- Resilient — not afraid to hear “no,” and able to turn setbacks into learning opportunities.
- Strong growth mindset with a rigorous approach to self-improvement.
- A collaborative teammate who is thoughtful, engaging, and energetic.
- Skilled at influencing and building strong relationships.
- Fully authorised to work in Ireland without restrictions.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
