Company is backed by private equity and proactively monitoring potential OTE of sales reps by quarter. Incentive comp is structured with small upfront payout with the remainder paid out as projects close. As reps close deals and expect incentive comp to be paid out, leadership turns over the sales people keeping incentive compensation within the LLC and maintaining value for an eventual sale. Ask for, and thoroughly review, the current sales incentive comp plan before agreeing to accept position. High turnover and low value placed on sales people.
