Good company, fair compensation. Attainment could be higher based on what I saw while there, but top performers could easily due very well.

The compensation was good. However the leadership at a RVP and AVP level was unprofessional at times. There wasn't a clear vision from upper management. There was always a moving target and always a new way of how they wanted to get there. They were unable to decide on what methodology and approach they wanted to move forward with.
