My overall experience was awful. Leadership was scrambling to find reasons for our lack of success, but it boiled down to a lack of vision/solid direction for the product. If they can decide where they want to play, and develop some clear differentiators, they may be able to carve out a position in the IDP market in 2025

They got new funding and therefore tried to massively expand the sales team without any clear idea of market fit, trying to bruteforce. It gave space to good base salary but bad overall experience. Mismanaged opportunity from leadership and bad timing with VC/Startup world collapsing
