My overall experience was negative. Many layoffs, unclear expectations, 3 managers in 8!months. Had to pay for all travel as a new employee 4 times in the first few months on my tab sometimes taking a month for reimbursement. Overall a huge mess but the product was great and the clients loved it.

Worked at DISCO for 5+ years in an outside sales capacity. Company is struggling after CEO was forced out and lots of tenured reps have left for better opportunities. Platform is trying to disrupt Relativity and other legacy eDiscovery softwares, but the pricing is too high for large projects.
