Good company with a very good compensation plan sitting on the edge of being either more widely adopted thanks to the launch of a new cloud native platform or just the opposite. Very few reps are making their number. New sales leadership is bringing a toxic culture. No respect for territories or Account assignment, Poaching is prevalent and accepted by management.
