Good training and great for a first job. Although micromanaging a lot which makes working not enjoyable. Good idea to leave after some experience and go for a higher paying role that allows you to come in less to the office or work from home.

Company almost entirely promotes from within, and great opportunity for hands on experience. The role is much better in the UK than in the US: the sales direction is entirely influenced by the UK and making the reps there as successful as possible.
