Sinking ship with incompetent leadership. There's not much positive that I can say about it, other than there are miraculously still some great people scattered about the org at the individual contributor level.

Collibra is at an inflection point, where it transforms from a start up to a big corporate. The product is great for enterprise clients, however you need to have good sponsors and identified use-case to justify the sound. My overall experience at Collibra was very bad. The culture is toxic and leadership is a revolving door. The company repeatedly misses targets and makes mass layoffs to account for the missed revenue. Leadership is engineering based and lacks real sales acumen.
