I have never seen a more fractured GTM strategy or lack of investment in sales and the cross-organizational alignment that support sales. This was an awful [lace top work leadership has no clue what is up or down. The products doesn't work as demonstrated. You are expected to be dishonest and lie to your customer to get deals across the finish line. Implementation is almost nonexistant. The turnover is nothing like I have ever seen professionally. My advice... RUN!!!!
