Sales leadership sets unrealistic quotas then will put you on a PIP and fire you when you don't reach them. Sales is extremely technical and Copado doesn't make it easy for the customer to buy. Stay FAR AWAY!

Current Employee2.3Jul 29, 2023Only 5 people made quota last year. Some VPs can be really sadistic. Territories change a lot. Core product is good but a lot of the add ons are hot garbage. It's way way way too expensive for the market. One of the sales VPs used a racial slur in a meeting towards a rep.
