Good product but new logo deals were non existent. No brand awareness when compared to Mongo and all the other 40 competitors. PE play will happen at some point. Company lives off of install base and multi year install base deals. Massive sales rep churn.

I am considering a sales role at Couchbase. I have noticed they have an open source version. What % of functionality available in the Enterprise version is also available for free? Also, how hard is to convert an open source customer?
