Strong established company... pay below market but good worklife balance and FLM are overall decent

The product that I serve is not positioned in the market well. Only 35% of SDR's meet Quota monthly. This is due to the lack of efforts on leadership and Marketing. The lead quality from marketing is a laughing matter. When my concerns were brought to management they insisted that my team was just not performing well.
